HIMPROBSI is a student organization of Indonesian Language and Literature Education (PBSI) FKIP UNS. This organization encourage  PBSI’s students to convey their aspirations and develop their Language & Literature’s talents. HIMPROBSI strives to helps maintain the existence of Language and Literature program. To relize that, this organization has visions and missions below.

VISION

Make Indonesian Language Education Association FKIP UNS as an organization that able to accommodate all students to be creative and become outstanding student that always condering religious value, strong culture, and good character.

MISSION

  1. To be a student model and truth fighter, that always based on religious values
  2. Utilizing the potential and contribution of Indonesian language and literature students in building the dynamics of language and literature life in Indonesia
  3. Build an organization that is familial and able to embrace all members in one solid unit
  4. Become a facilitator for the self-development of Indonesian language and literature students so they are ready to become strong and competent students
  5. Improving the professionalism of Himprobsi in the service function and the implementation of work programs
  6. Establish and maintain good relations with other student organizations in order to increase networks and foster a good image of the organization

To make management  control easier, HIMPROBSI’s makes organization’s structure that consist of chairman, vice chairmans, departments heads, and staff. The work structure is:

 

To accommodating aspirations, interests, and talents of Indonesian Language and Literature Education students, HIMPROBSI has established seven department. The profiles of the seven dapartment of HIMPROBSI could see in the tables below.

1. Secretary

Secretary is a department that takes care of and regulates various matters concerning administration and secretariat. In addition, this department is tasked with carrying out training on proposal preparation and annual report.

 The work program for the Secretary consist of:

  1. Training on making letters, proposals, and annual report.
  2. Preparation of activity timelines.
  3. Preparation of SOP.
  4. Letter recording.
  5. Manager appointments.
  6. Biodata collection.
  7. SK and certificate.
  8. Suggestion Box.
  9. Work meeting.
  10. Middle and final plenary.
  11. Study program student meeting.
  12. Field monitoring.
  13. Member card creation.
2. Treasurer

Treasurer is a one of HIMPROBSI’s department that have works to manages the organization finances, like income and expenditure, then compiles reports to create transparency and neatness. Therefore treasurer also has a program to increase income. For example this department has creative stalls and making PDH’s programs.

  Treasurer have seven work program. There are:

  1. Creating HIMPROBSI bank account.
  2. Making PDH.
  3. Finance program.
  4. Cash report.
  5. Creative shop.
  6. Poster contest.
  7. HIMPROBSI ‘s Jacket.
3. Social Society (Sosma)

Social society department is a forum for students to improve and developing social conditions. This department is encourage PBSI’s students to be more responsive with problems in society

 The work program of Social Community are:

  1. Workshop.
  2. HIMPROBSI cares.
  3. HIMPROBSI Delegation.
  4. HIMPROBSI share.
  5. Blessed Friday.
4. Communication and Visual Design (Dekomvis)

Dekomvis is a departmen that have jobs to manage information, documentation, publication, and communication activity of HIMPROBSI. This department always participates in all of HIMPROBSI’s activities. Furthermore Dekomvis also carry out design training for internal staff or Basind for general.

 Dekomvis work programs consist of:

  1. Design and editing.
  2. Bastind radio and podcasts.
  3. Bastind Magazine.
  4. Social media.
  5. Photography.
  6. Sharing Organization.

 
5. Book and Authorship Management (PBK)

PBK is a forum for HIMPROBSI to study about books management and writing. Furthermore PBK ‘s staff trained to manage the library like cataloging, book circulation, and library administration.

 The work programs PBK consist of:

  1. Content on the HIMPROBSI’s website.
  2. Library cataloging.
  3. Library cards and digital reading materials.
  4. Visiting UNS central library.
  5. Library free letter.
  6. Poetry anthology and donations.
  7. Essay writing training and PBS competition.
  8. Copy writing training.
  9. Anthology of poetry.
  10. PKM writing information and training.
6. Interests and Talents (Mikat)

Interests & Talents or also called Mikat is a forum for Bastind students who want to contribute ideas, explore interests and talents, and create works in the language and literature.

 The work program for Mikat consist of:

  1. Language and literature week.
  2. Interest and talent development.
  3. Night of drama’s apreciation.
7. PSDM

The field of PSDM (Student Resource Development) is a field that takes the role and responsibility to explore, optimize, and develop human resources.

 PSDM work program consist of:

  1. Basind cup.
  2. Upgrading.
  3. Audience.
  4. Makrab
  5. Samaru.
  6. HMP’s volunteer.
  7. Student for Introduction week.

HIMPROBSI encourage PBSI’s students to improve their competence in academic and non-academic fields through optimizing students events. Output of the HIMPROBSI’s events have contribute positive results of students achievements in Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program. Fo example:

To develop students’ interest and talents as well as possible and make brilliant achievements of them, HIMPROBSI promises will continue the innovation of their work programs.
